Shipping
Shipping Time: Orders are shipped within 1 to 7 business days after receiving the order.
Untracked Shipments: Shipped via Canada Post. Delivery times may take up to 10 business days.
Tracked Shipments: Shipped via carriers such as UPS, Purolator, or Canada Post. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is shipped. Delivery times are generally 1 to 4 business days. All orders with free shipping are sent with tracking.
Express Tracked Shipments: Delivery is usually made within 1 to 2 business days.

Orders placed online can also be picked up at our store free of charge. In-store pick-up is the quickest option to collect your jewelry.
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you have 30 days after receiving your product to exchange or return it.
Important Note: Custom-made solid gold jewelry can only be exchanged for another item or a store credit. Due to their custom-made nature, these items are not eligible for a refund.
- The product must be unworn and returned in its original packaging.
- Exchanges can be made by mail at your expense or in-store.

We accept in-store returns for all orders, whether placed in-store or online through our website.
Returns by mail
For a return by mail at your expense, email info@sarahbijoux.ca to confirm the eligibility of the return. Once the return is accepted, you can send the jewelry to the following address:

Refund
The refund will be made to the payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on each financial institution's processing times.
Sale or promotional products, special orders, custom-made jewelry and engraved pieces are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
