DELIVERIES

Orders will be shipped between 1 to 8 business days following receipt of the order.

Shipments without tracking are sent with Canada Post. Note that delivery times can be up to two weeks.

Tracked shipments are sent by various delivery companies: Liv Rapide, Chasseurs Courrier, Purolator, Fedex. In your order confirmation email, you will receive a tracking number to locate your package on the delivery company's website. Deliveries are generally dispatched in 2 to 5 business days. Express delivery is delivered within one business day following the delivery of the package to the delivery person.

PICKUP IN STORE

Collection in store is a no-cost option and a no-shipping option. 

You will receive an email confirming that your order is ready for in-store collection. Following receipt of this email, all you have to do is show up with confirmation of your order and that's it!

RETURN + EXCHANGE

For any problems regarding your order, for a return or exchange please contact SarahBijoux at the following address: sarah@sarahbijoux.ca.

Returns and exchanges are accepted up to 30 days after the date of purchase in store or after the date your order was shipped. You will have to pay shipping costs for returning an order.

Please note that if an error has been made on the part of SarahBijoux, if the pieces arrive damaged or missing, the return costs will be covered by SarahBijoux.

RETURN POLICY

For a return or exchange to be accepted, the jewelry(s) must be returned in their original envelope or box, they must not have been worn and they must be in the same condition as when received.
