DELIVERY


Orders are shipped between 1 and 8 business days following the reception of the order.


Shipments without tracking are made with Canada Post. Please note that delivery times may take up to two weeks, considering the current pandemic situation.


Shipments with tracking are sent with BoxKnight, Purolator, Nationex, Dicom and more. In your confirmation email, you'll receive a tracking number to follow your package until it arrives. Tracked deliveries are usually delivered in 2 to 5 work days. Express delivery are usually delivered one working day after the package is received by the sender.

If you want to receive your order before the 25th of december, these are the deadlines to order : 


DECEMBER 17
: Last day to order a DUO or to order with the option "regular tracked package".  


DECEMBER 20 : Last day to order with the option of "Express delivery".

DECEMBER 21 : Last day to order with the option to pick up your order at Solo Échantillons Store.

Pick-up at Solo Échantillons


For orders that are delivered to Solo Échantillons, there are no shipping charges.

You will receive an email confirming the shipment of your order, meaning that it is ready to be picked up at the boutique. Solo Échantillons is one of Sarahbijoux's sales points.


Show up with the order confirmation, in a paper or electronic version, and with a piece of ID and it's done!

RETURN + EXCHANGE


For any problem with your order, for a return or an exchange, please contact SarahBijoux at the following address: sarahbijouxmontreal@gmail.com.


Returns and exchanges will be accepted up to 30 days after the shipping date of the order. You will have to pay the shipping fees for the return of the order.


Please note that if an error has been made by SarahBijoux, or if the pieces arrive damaged or missing, the return shipping costs will be covered by SarahBijoux.

Return Policy:


For a return or an exchange to be accepted, the jewelry must be returned in its original envelope, must not have been worn and must be in the same condition as when received.
