Returns and exchanges are accepted up to 30 days after the date of purchase in store or shipment of the order. 

For a return or exchange to be accepted, the jewelry(s) must be returned in its original envelope or box and must be in the same condition as when received.

Our employees work hard to send your orders as quickly as possible, so the best ways would be to contact them quickly by phone or email to make a change to your order.

Gift cards can be used when purchasing jewelry in person or on the website. The gift card cannot be used to pay for a repair service or a custom project.
