Store Manager
Job Type: Full-time - available on weekends
Start Date: Flexible (August–September–October 2026)
Salary: To be discussed based on experience
Work Schedule: 37.5 hours/week
Workdays: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday
As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the store and the customer experience. You will ensure the smooth running of the store’s daily operations, the achievement of sales goals, the maintenance of visual merchandising standards, and the development of the team.
You will play a key role in SarahBijoux’s growth by providing impeccable customer service while creating a positive and motivating work environment.
- Open and close the store.
Manage the store’s daily operations, including handling the cash register, responding to emails, greeting customers, providing advice and assistance, and receiving jewelry for repairs. - Deliver an exceptional customer experience and provide daily support to the sales team to maintain the highest standards of service.
- Plan work schedules and ensure effective human resources management.
- Coordinate production priorities with the workshop and track customer orders.
- Conduct quality control of jewelry.
- Achieve sales targets and analyze store performance to implement improvement strategies.
- Manage inventory, merchandise receipts, and supply orders.
- Track in-store and online customer orders, repairs, exchanges, and returns.
- Track orders destined for partner stores.
- Help organize events, collection launches, and pop-up markets.
- Ensure the work environment remains clean, organized, and in line with the brand’s standards.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate team members to foster their development and performance.
- Experience in retail management (at least 2 years; a significant asset).
- Experience in team management and positive leadership.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- A strong interest in jewelry, fashion, design, or crafts.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities.
- Initiative, independence, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills in French and English, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency with computer tools (Shopify, Square, or point-of-sale systems is a plus).
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
