• Greet customers in the store
• Process purchases at the register
• Ship online orders• Handle returns and exchanges
• Ensure that display cases, the store, and common areas are clean.
• Be familiar with the company’s range of collections and services
• Accurately manage store inventory (stationery, packaging)
• Receive and evaluate jewelry for repair

• Previous sales experience is a plus
• A strong interest in fashion and jewelry
• Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French
• Motivation and a positive attitude
• Good time management and prioritization skills
• Attention to detail
• Bilingual (French and English)
